(Wednesday 28th of April, 2021) SYDNEY, Australia. - Toshiba (Australia) Pty Limited (TAP) proudly announced today that Copy Express Vanuatu won the Partner of the Year 2020-2021.
Toshiba annually recognises the top-performing re-seller with the Partner of the Year award for its Electronic Imaging Division (EID).
Against some very tough competition and through what has been a challenging year, Copy Express Vanuatu took out the coveted Toshiba partner of the year award.
Principal of Copy Express, Chris Mitchell, is an experienced campaigner who consistently demonstrates what can be achieved with hard work and superior customer service.
This year Copy Express achieved 124% of their annual budget in the Premium category, outperforming other dealerships in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
Copy Express also won the Toshiba Partner monthly award three times during the course of this year.
Having been an Exclusive Toshiba Dealer since 2003, Chris continues to grow his business by exceeding customer expectations and over achieving his targets through hard work and determination.
"Copy Express's continued success can be attributed to Chris' dedication to delivering the best possible outcomes for his clients. Chris will undoubtedly have another successful year as he seeks to retain his title of Australasian Partner of the Year in 2022" said Simon McNamara, Northern Region Channel Manager, Toshiba EID.
Even under extremely difficult circumstances during the past year, Toshiba continues to produce quality products that combine with innovative software solutions to enable customers to save money and work more efficiently.
"Chris came extremely close to winning the competition last year so to back it up and win the competition this year is an unbelievable achievement and a testament to his business. Despite challenging circumstances, Chris and his team have been consistent performers this year and Toshiba are proud to continue our long standing partnership with them" said Ajay Arvind, National Channel Manager, Toshiba EID.
Supporting its far-reaching channel partner network is a key priority for Toshiba.
Toshiba General Manager Bret Davies said, "Copy Express has been a consistent performer for Toshiba under Chris's guidance. Two years ago, they took out our "Premium Category Winner" and have gone one step better this year, deservedly taking out our top recognition, "Australasian Partner of the Year". I have been privileged to visit Chris and his team, and it was clear when meeting many of his customers, their success was through providing innovation with a renowned, relentless passion and commitment. Congratulations on this well-deserved award and acknowledgment."
Congratulations Chris on winning the Toshiba Partner of the Year 2020-2021.
