Toshiba Cartridge Recycling

New Zealanders are renowned for their proactive approach to the environment and enthusiasm for sustainable use and reuse of the world's finite resources.

To help us actively achieve our environmental goals, Toshiba partners with Recycling Group to collect and recycle Toshiba toner cartridges across New Zealand.

As a Toshiba customer, you can check if you are eligible to partake in this program by contacting your local Toshiba representative. A Customer Care representative will ask you a few questions to ensure you meet the criteria to be issued with a Toner Recycle bin.

When your toner collection bin is almost full, you can contact the Recycling Group via the 0800 number on the box and they will issue you with a job number and arrange a courier to come out and collect the box and/or deliver a new empty box.

Alternatively, if you would like to contact and drop your used Toshiba cartridges off at a local Toshiba Branch or Toshiba Dealer, then we will ensure the toner cartridges are recycled.
